To whom it may concern,

Our first project was a big one. Matt Huxtable and Erika Borjklund handled the design whilst Andrew Rydings supervised the construction along with him team, Mick and Mitchell. They finished the job within the time frame and one that looked outstanding on completion.

Our second project was at our Mandurah residence, under Ryan Healy using Simon Leahy to extend our existing outdoor area and making it an awesome space. The PHASE3 boys, Dan & Phil, did a great job on the garden design, making our backyard a very usable space.  The last project, designed by Ryan Healy, where the brief was to turn our Applecross front yard into a maintenance free area, is just that, easy maintenance,  perfect! I would not hesitate to recommend PHASE3 to anyone for all project sizes.

Many thanks,

Linda Christie.

To whom it may concern,

We are extremely happy with the outcome that Phase3 have brought to our vision of bringing paradise to our home.

From the moment we were introduced to the team in the early development stage including Matt H, Matt G and Andy Rydings we were instantly impressed with the ideas, creativity and design ideas for the pool and cabana structure that Matt G, in particular, brought to the final unique design solution. Once the works commenced the site team, including Mitch, Ramil and Adrian were very friendly and accommodating to changes and always willing to listen. We thank all those involved from the Phase3 team that worked one the project and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dedicated team to bring your unique vision to life.

To whom it make concern,

A small courtyard with a big wish list and angled back fence encouraged to PHASE3 to come up with a creative solution to meet our brief. We were keen to have a swimming pool, an outdoor pavilion with cooking facilities and a decent sized tree to provide summer shade. While we wanted the courtyard to have a strong focus on design it also needed to be practical as we planned to spend a lot of time there.

PHASE3's designer Matthew Gee provided us with the perfect solution. A pavilion with a roof that dramatically cantilevers over the pool became the defining feature of the courtyard. Held up by what appears to be only two beautiful timber posts, the roof feels like it's floating. The pool was cleverly designed along the back fence to make the most of the angled yard, it included swim outs and an off form concrete water feature. Black glazed bricks imported from Melbourne form a striking feature around the edge of the pool.

Once the detailed plans were signed off, Andrew and Luke managed the construction process in a timely and professional manner. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the planning stages and the high level of finish during the construction.

Overall Phase3 made the most of limited space available with a considered well thought out plan beautifully executed. The fact we spend so much time in our courtyard is a testament to a job well done. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Dear Sir,

We confirm that Phase 3 have completed a landscape contract for our associated company, Werrington Pty. Ltd., at the Hocking Gardens land subdivision on the corner of East Road and Lenore Road, Hocking. The landscaping work comprised the public open space area, entry statements and the main road verges. This work included the provision of a bore and reticulation but all the plantings along the verge have been native trees and shrubs to conserve water. The work has been completed in a satisfactory and professional manner. We therefore recommend Phase 3 as suitable landscaping designers and contractors.

Yours faithfully,
