WGV PROJECT IS FINISHED! by Ryan Healy

We have just finished WGV and it looks great! Facilities included public toilets, seating areas, BBQ and picnic areas. Great for families. 

WGV is WA's first One Planet Community. "It demonstrates the very best in modern, sustainable design and hope to create a community where it is easy and affordable for people to live in a way that makes smart use of the earth's resources" Landcorp.

Phase3 were involved in the construction of the public space in and around Sullivan Hall on the WGV Estate. The WGV estate has so far received two prestigious Planning Institute of Australia awards for excellence; Best Planning Ideas - Small Project (WA) and the Planning Minister's Award.

KINKUNA PARK ADVENTURE PLAYGROUND OPENS! by Ryan Healy

Announcing the opening of Kinkuna Park Adventure Playground, a project we have recently completed for Satterley at the new Allara Estate in Eglington

Included in the playground are mini sunken floor trampolines, rope bridges, balance ropes, climbing walls, and a basketball hoop. Emerge Associates have designed a playspace to suit all ages, even adults! BBQ facilities and automated toilets are included and only 20 minutes from Joondalup.

THE 2014 WESTERN AUSTRALIAN HERITAGE AWARDS by Ryan Healy

Phase3 Landscape Construction and Partner Company Newforms Landscape Architecture are overwhelmed to receive the overall winner and designer at the 2014 Western Australian Heritage Awards held recently. The project involved detailed designing and construction of The Mundaring Weir Interpretation Precinct that entailed the delivery of a high quality, iconic project for use in a high profile public area The Mundaring Weir is a well-known attraction, whose buildings and overall environment are rich in cultural and historic heritage. This was a highly demanding project that required through consultation with different stakeholders, while considering all parties vestments and interests.

BALDIVIS ERWWTP – LANDSCAPING: WATER CORPORATION by Ryan Healy

On 11th June 2014, Phase3 were awarded the rehabilitation landscape works in conjunction with the Water Corporation construction of a sewerage pipeline in Baldivis in the City of Rockingham. The works under contract will include all rehabilitation works required to ensure the POS is restored to pre-construction condition or better including:

  • Reinstatement of turf;

  • Reinstatement of trees;

  • Reinstatement of POS infrastructure; and

  • Reinstatement of irrigation infrastructure.

The works are scheduled to be completed between July and September 2014.

BRAITHWAITE PARK NATURE PLAY AREA: CITY OF VINCENT by Ryan Healy

On 24th June 2014, Phase3 in conjunction with Emerge Associates and Nature Play WA, were awarded the design and construction of Braithwaite Park for the City of Vincent. The City of Vincent recommendation included:

  • Following the assessment process the best value for money submission was presented by Phase3 and their team is very experienced and highly regarded.

  • It is therefore recommended that the tender submitted by Phase3 is accepted as being the most acceptable to the City for the Design & Construction of a Nature Play Area with a water element at Braithwaite Park, Mount Hawthorn, in accordance with the specifications.
